At Novanineco, we value transparency and smooth collaboration. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled, GST(18%) and transaction charges (2%) does not comply return and refund.
Full refund of advance amount.
50% of the advance amount is refundable.
No refund due to pre-booked vendors, manpower, and production costs.
If we must cancel due to internal reasons, clients will receive:
100% refund of the amount paid, or
An option to reschedule service without extra charges
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.
Change in client preferences after production work begins
Vendor or venue issues outside our control
Delays caused by client approvals or incomplete inputs
Force majeure: natural events, government restrictions, emergencies
Clients may request a reschedule:
At least 10 days before the event
