At Novanineco, we value transparency and smooth collaboration. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled, GST(18%) and transaction charges (2%) does not comply return and refund.


1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

a) Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:

Full refund of advance amount.

b) Cancellation after 24 hours but before 7 days of event:

50% of the advance amount is refundable.

c) Cancellation within 7 days of the event date:

No refund due to pre-booked vendors, manpower, and production costs.


2. Novanineco-Initiated Cancellations

If we must cancel due to internal reasons, clients will receive:

  • 100% refund of the amount paid, or

  • An option to reschedule service without extra charges


3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original mode of payment.


4. No Refunds For

  • Change in client preferences after production work begins

  • Vendor or venue issues outside our control

  • Delays caused by client approvals or incomplete inputs

  • Force majeure: natural events, government restrictions, emergencies


5. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request a reschedule:

  • At least 10 days before the event

  • Subject to availability

  • Additional costs may apply depending on date/location
